Having been in the computer business all of my adult life and being one of those individuals that gets calls from friends and family when something goes wrong with their computers, I decided to write this eBook to provide some basic help to everyone.
It is impossible to write a manual that covers all possible issues with computers, but think of it as “preventive” maintenance. Spend 5 minutes doing some basic tasks and save yourself a lot of grief later.
This eBook also covers some basic “commonsense” issues, such as what kinds of emails you are receiving and what to do with them.
